  What is your refund/exchange policy?

What is your refund/exchange policy? All custom orders have been specifically made to order for the specific customer and are not eligible for returns / refunds. All items purchased from our online or in store inventory may be returned for a full refund, less the shipping cost, if the customer notifies sales@C3-ForestProducts.com with an email stating the intent to return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our location. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect to ensure that they have not been opened or damaged. Upon confirmation that the returned item(s) have not been opened or damaged, we will issue a refund to the customer within 5-7 business days.
